Our Projects

We are focused on enriching the lives of all Sri Lankans living under the lower scale of poverty by providing access to necessities such as safe and pure water through tube well projects, supplying walking aids to the disabled and assisting the needy and vulnerable elderly, orphans and widows with food, provisions and school supplies.

Interest free loans to the deserving needy to setup and expand cottage industries and for other useful needs.

From 2018, with the help of donors, Merci Lanka Foundation coordinated to provide 50 deep tube wells to families, schools and religious centers in the dry zone

Providing assistance to the needy and grants to orphans and widows including housing, medical, educational and personal needs

Free professional courses in Marketing fundamentals and entrepreneurship, Web development and Advanced business English to orphans and needy students

Merci Lanka Youth Guild launched in February 2022 under Merci Lanka Foundation. MLYG is an all-youth group within the diverse culture combined together.

A means to lighten up their spirits. A set of illuminating books gifted by Merci Lanka Foundation to Al Hikma College Colombo 12 attended primarily by students from poor background was held on the 07th of August 2024
